Lovely Honey Nugget Cookies Recipe
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Honey
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 cups Flour
3 cups Oats
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream shortening, sugar, honey, and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
